Plot Summary

After the devastation in Chicago, the world thought the Rampage mutation threat was over. But deep in a secret blacksite lab, fragments of the original Pathogen 616 have survived—and evolved.

Now, new monstrous creatures are awakening in different corners of the world, each more dangerous than the last. From an electrified mega-scorpion in the Sahara to a skyborne wyvern in the Himalayas, nature itself is turning into a battlefield.

Davis Okoye (Dwayne Johnson) returns, reunited with his giant albino gorilla companion George, who’s now even more intelligent and protective than before. Together, they must face a global monster uprising—and a new threat: a mutated human-ape hybrid, code-named “Alpha King,” created from twisted DNA experiments by a rogue faction of the military.
